JIM MABIE HONORED BY BETTER GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION

Chicago Capital is pleased to announce that Jim Mabie was honored by Better Government Association (BGA).

Jim was presented with the Daniel L. Goodwin Watchdog Award for ardent support for investigative journalism at BGA. David Mabie accepted the award for his father at BGA’s annual luncheon: Character Matters. The event also featured David Rubenstein, Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the Carlyle Group. “Jim’s legacy will always be remembered”, commented David Greising, BGA President & CEO.

“Dad loved Chicago and felt strongly that news organizations provide transparency and amplify diverse opinions that benefit us all”, said Dave Mabie.
